We arrive about 90 minutes before service. You do not need to prepare anything. Just tell us where we can park.
We can provide waste bags and rebag the waste if needed. Filled waste bags always remain with the client; we do not take them away.
Cover for the grill comes standard. In case of a red weather alert we reschedule free of charge. In ordinary rain, we keep grilling. The grill always goes on.
Garden, car park, company grounds, venue with outdoor access. As long as the truck fits and there is power and water within 25m, we are good.
All possible. Mention it on the quote and we adjust the menu. No surcharge, no separate "veggie plate" at extra cost.
Nuts, lactose, gluten, shellfish. Tell us at booking (at least 14 days in advance) and we work around it. We cook everything fresh, so adjustments are possible. If more than 20% of guests have allergies, we assess case by case.

For most packages, yes. We portion generously per person so nobody leaves hungry. Exceptions are listed on our packages page.
Yes, drinks packages are optional and last four hours. Without alcohol €16.50 p.p.; with alcohol €21.50 p.p.; cocktails & mocktails €21.50 p.p. All prices exclude VAT. See our packages page for details.
Transport is free in postcode 2310 Rijkevorsel. Elsewhere we charge €0.45/km outbound and €0.45/km return, based on actual road distance. Type your postcode on the quote page and we calculate it live.
Castle, forest, beach, rooftop terrace. Send us a photo and we check whether our 3.5m truck fits. Usually it does.
For busy locations, yes. We need a strip of about 8m (truck + side awning + walkway). For public spaces, the client handles any permits for use of the public domain.
High season (May to September) at least 6 weeks ahead; for large events (100+) more like 8-12 weeks. Outside that, 2-3 weeks is often enough.
In case of a red weather alert (KMI/KNMI) we reschedule free of charge. Ordinary rain, we keep cooking.
Free cancellation period of 3 working days after agreeing to the quote. After that a sliding scale applies (see terms §5). Cancellations always in writing.
You confirm the final number up to 14 days before the event, as long as you stay above 25. If fewer guests turn up than agreed, the agreed total remains due. If more guests attend, or if portions or formulas increase, the price may be raised proportionally.

The payment terms and due dates are stated in your quote and invoice. Robin goes through them with you when you confirm. You can pay by cash, Bancontact or bank transfer.
Always per person, excluding 12% VAT on food and 21% VAT on drinks (Belgian VAT regime). So you know exactly what you are paying.
Of course. Proper invoice in the company name via BV Adrona (BE 0690.646.334). Add your VAT number to the quote request. Mandatory for B2B requests.
