For events from 60 people upwards we organise free tasting evenings in Rijkevorsel. The event leads can come and taste in advance.
Reasonable sliding scale: free up to 30 days before the event, after that increasing. Exact terms are in the contract and the general conditions.
Yes. FAVV licence, environmental permit and itinerant trade authorisation are all three active and can be sent on request for your health and safety file.
Yes. We receive an overview in advance (halal: X, vegan: Y, gluten-free: Z) and build the buffet so that everyone has a choice, without a separate table.
