Do we receive a VAT invoice?

Yes, as standard via BV Adrona. With company number, structured reference, deposit or post-payment, whatever your invoicing preference.

What time does your trailer arrive on site?

For a 7 pm party, we arrive at 4 pm, 2 hours setup, 90 minutes cleanup. All within the contract, no surprise add-ons.

Can our staff do a tasting first?

For events from 60 people upwards we organise free tasting evenings in Rijkevorsel. The event leads can come and taste in advance.

What do you do in case of cancellation?

Reasonable sliding scale: free up to 30 days before the event, after that increasing. Exact terms are in the contract and the general conditions.

Are you FAVV certified?

Yes. FAVV licence, environmental permit and itinerant trade authorisation are all three active and can be sent on request for your health and safety file.

Do you handle dietary requirements per employee?

Yes. We receive an overview in advance (halal: X, vegan: Y, gluten-free: Z) and build the buffet so that everyone has a choice, without a separate table.
